Now thats interesting - I have checked the patchnotes in german, just to make sure, and it translates completely different:

Bei einem Teil der mit Patch 7.2 implementierten Aufträge des Hauptszenarios wird das Symbol in der Aufgabenliste grün angezeigt, obwohl der Auftrag noch nicht abgeschlossen werden kann.
During parts of the 7.2 Main Scenario Quests, the icon in the quest log will be green, despite the quest not being at a state to be turned in yet.
I'd interpret that not as a blocker for the MSQ, but as a but affecting the quest logs icons. We shall see whats going on tomorrow, I guess.
