Death's Design is the restriction that makes pulling it off an active process.
SoD is the only Button you can press during Enshroud, the Debuff doesnt matter at all for its execution, its not about "bankable" and DD is not a restriction, without the possibility to use SoD during Enshroud double Enshroud would be not happen anymore.
