    They dont need to, SE already allows the stupid thing of owning submarine fleets which basically after an input of gil earns you infinite gil for free every two days.
    It not only gives you a ton of gil, it also robs houses off the market, great huh?

    I only have one set of submarines in my FC and I rake in 500k-1.7 mill gil per every two day, with a repair fee of the submarines for like 200k per week. Multiply that by a fleet of submarines and you get why some people have gil cap on all their retainers. I legit don't need to get gil anymore with just four submarines.

    And instead of working on the issue to free said houses owned by an individual they are too scared to upset singular customers by changing the old system, when a lot of people are screaming for the housing shortage.

    tbh a better thing for players is if they add a theif limited job, where we can sneak into camps and stuff pickpocket and steal items/objects from people and things
