If Moenbryda's shard from Sphene's world suddenly shows up and she meets Urianger. I wanna see this, because it would be funny, heartwarming and tearjerking.

Never forget your one true friend.
Let's also bring back Haurchefant, Zenos, Ysayle, and Yotsuyu, because there is no longer any attempt at worldbuilding in the game.
Zenos and Yotsuyu already got that treatment. And you could somewhat argue that Ysayle got that in a spirtual sort if way when it came to the whole Eden primal summoning thing back in Shadowbringers with Shiva.
Haurchefant, it would be interesting if we did run into a shard of him, especially if he turned out to be the complete opposite of him. Like a version of Haurchefant that became a vengeful Dark Knight after losing his father and half brothers, thus sucking all the optimism out of the poor lady and leaving nothing but a ravenous gaping abyss in his heart that can only be filled with the blood of his slain sworn enemies.
Really, it depends on how the writers for XIV can handle "bringing back" a character that's been long since dead.
My reasoning for picking Moenbredya and Sphene's Shard also is because I feel like Moenbryda's original personality would mesh well with how Solution 9's unique technology works. If her Shard has a similar enough personality to the original Moenbryda, I can imagine her being a coliseum fighter like Honey Bee Lovely and Wicked Thunder.

Have they ever done much regarding the shards?
I can't remember if they ever addressed it until recently with the male hrothgar in Shaaloani
It's usually been treated like a joke or an easter egg, like the different versions of Gerolt and Rowena
Besides their introduction and occasional inclusion in the main scenario or side content, nothing much yet. With what we learn through 7.0 Dawntrail, I suspect the other Shards will start to become more involved in the next coming expansions. How much so depends on what the XIV writers want to focus on next.
With the way the last patch of Endwalker ended, maybe we'll end up exploring more of the 13th in one of the next expansions. :3

Yes and please also bring shard Godbert as the evil final boss of the Arcadion and then we're set
Be honest, the only shard of a soul I would be interested in knowing about in other shards is our own. To see how different they could be from the Warrior of Light
It was interesting when they did it with Ardbet and Golbez, so it would be neat to see how we fared in the other worlds.
Most fun thing ever would be if they turned this into a skill-based game. Now that would be freaking hilarious eh.
Excuse me, I now go back to pressing 1-2-3 and dancing to a script.
The question is, would we even notice? It's not like shards will look the same as their source counterparts, Ardbert was proof of that.
And frankly we need to let characters stay dead. The whole, "suddenly so-and-so is back!" this game has a huge problem with is really getting old. It takes all impact out of any death they do add to the game. We already got Wuk'd to death and have to deal with someone on staffs food fetish, adding the Rick Sanchez, 'let's just reality hop to find a new Summer/Morty/Beth' thing would just be yet another blow to the story telling this game is already struggling with.
