We did. It was called Tural. Nobody knew who you were, so only one person -Gulool Ja Ja - even respected you and considered you a worthy opponent.... and all your accomplishments were treated as an overexaggeration at best or a joke at worst. You already got your wish, you happy?
Be honest, the only shard of a soul I would be interested in knowing about in other shards is our own. To see how different they could be from the Warrior of Light
It was interesting when they did it with Ardbet and Golbez, so it would be neat to see how we fared in the other worlds.

Most fun thing ever would be if they turned this into a skill-based game. Now that would be freaking hilarious eh.
Excuse me, I now go back to pressing 1-2-3 and dancing to a script.

The question is, would we even notice? It's not like shards will look the same as their source counterparts, Ardbert was proof of that.
And frankly we need to let characters stay dead. The whole, "suddenly so-and-so is back!" this game has a huge problem with is really getting old. It takes all impact out of any death they do add to the game. We already got Wuk'd to death and have to deal with someone on staffs food fetish, adding the Rick Sanchez, 'let's just reality hop to find a new Summer/Morty/Beth' thing would just be yet another blow to the story telling this game is already struggling with.
To be fair to this, the Warrior of Light is who the story follows and why Ardbert looks the way he does so it's kind of a special case because we are a stand-in for his story
I brought up Gerolt earlier, and almost every incarnation of him has looked similar and even has a somewhat similar name
Gerolt, Grenoldt, and Genolt
and the hrothgar in Shaaloani had a dedicated flashback to the version of him we met in Shadowbringers
so I don't think it's unreasonable to say we'd recognize any new reflections we meet
This isn't to say it's necessarily good or crucial for them to add more, but it's clearly a precedent and one they'll likely keep doing in the future

Honestly I would hate this and skip as fast as I can. Because I hate of all the Moenbryda here and Moenbryda there and hey, don't forget about Moenbryda! ": D"
This is not because I don't like her as a character. I am also frustrated that I feel like this about her.
But I feel like this because of how damn dirty they killed our 1.0 companion Papalymo and how they handeld it later.
He died as a hero, doing the same like Louisoix did. Just that he did it BEFORE many people died in a big disaster.
But was his great heroic sacrifice ever truly appreciated? No...
There are just a few moments they gave us that feel like...., .."ah damn we must mention him because we can't pretend he never existed".
Moenbryda got much later an animated cutszene during MSQ with Scions meeting their parents and stuff. At this point I was already so upset about how they
neglect Papalymo that I could not enjoy it. I could only be angry about it. :c
And what we got for Papalymo? A small, cheap side quest, that is easy to miss, about us bringing his father something to eat, with just a few lines of text. And then the NPC disappears again straight away.
I personally would have prefered Y'shtola to die and Papalymo to stay and become the Blackmage of the Scions. For me it always felt like that they just wanted to get rid of him, to not have 2 Blackmage Scions in the long run.
Would also be fine if both would have stayed around.
I can't enjoy anything about Moenbryda, because it always reminds me of dirty killed and forgotten Papalymo. :c
I also never got why Krile is not talking more about him. Both are Scions, weren't they colleagues?
If they bring someone back, please let it be Papalymo and Minfilia. She also deserved more.

Yeah they should totally resurrect everyone in the game who has ever died, so we have no consequences or drama whatsoever. Thats what all books and media should be in the end, right guys? Just feel good strolls through a flowery meadow. Because that's what Final Fantasy is about, flowery meadows and no drama.
