Many thriving communities prove that mutual respect and constructive communication can work without resorting to toxicity. By saying that toxicity is sometimes necessary, you risk justifying harmful behavior, creating a slippery slope where "tough love" becomes an excuse for cruelty or abuse. The idea of using toxicity as a form of "natural selection" to "breed out" bad players is deeply flawed—it dehumanizes people, reducing them to their mistakes and ignoring their potential to improve with the right support. Toxicity isn’t the answer; fostering growth through patience and understanding is.
if they really want to improve there is a thing called DOING THE DAMN JOB QUEST AND novice training AND READ THE DAMN SKILLS it legit hand holds you so far that there is little no excuse for many of the things outside something new that happans on boss fights, you legit get pops tips and advice and if your really willing to learn you wouldnt be making the same mistake in the game every single TIME you would ask yourself what is going on and change your methodly even RATS IN MAZE LEARN THAT when going after cheese that if their method to get that cheese isnt working you dont KEEP DOING THE SAME THING you try something different to get the cheese the players repeat the same thing over and over again and expect to not die lol

if it dehumanizes guess what idc it is needed at a certain point everyone like oh human oh its bad idgf
