Cure 3 not healing other alliances

You might have misunderstood what I want. The AoE part of Cure 3 can stay party exclusive. Cure 2 can heal other alliance members, if you target them. Since Cure 3 is also a targeted spell, but with an AoE heal round the target, I want the targeted unit to also get healed across alliances.

If you just want the single person you are targeted to be healed why are you using cure 3 anyway?

If you want to target another alliance and heal that person directly but have the AOE portion heal the party you’d be better off AOE healing the party then oGCD healing the person from the other alliance

It came up in the chaotic alliance raid and there I even noticed it how Cure 3 is worded.
As H2 in alliance A and C you are responsible to heal a ranged player from alliance B.
Of cause there are other ways to do it. I think it is just very unintuitive to target an ally, then cast a targeting healing spell, and then that target does not get healed. Which is exactly what happens here.

Even if it is "unintuitive" to you as you have said, I don't see how bad is it to switch to using Cure II when you find out Cure III doesn't work the way you assume.
