Square Enix's GTC Problem - No Gift Option

Yet that happened with a friend of mine recently. They're appealing because a friend in our group gave them a GTC that they bought DIRECTLY from the Store. That tied it to their email, and when used with a different email(my friend's) they got suspended for it and a strike against their account.

Could you update the thread with that once the appeal has information come through? Very curious whether it was just overzealousness or whether this is something more?

If it's the latter then that's actually pretty worrisome.

I will. I'm keeping tabs on it but since it's the weekend, they won't be answering until at minimum Tuesday since tomorrow I think is President's Day? Not sure if they follow that as a holiday.
