It's obvious: they see criticism and discourse about the game as criticism and discourse around their personal identity. Therefore they feel personally attacked and react emotionally.Why do defenders never have anything to add to the conversation than a flippant, "Game's fine!" or "I liked it!" ? That's not genuine debate or discourse, that's the appeal to emotion fallacy. Just because you "feel good" about it doesn't mean it's actually in a good place.
Since you are apparently a member of the Dawntrail Defense Force, can you explain why I am wrong for wanting MORE from this game? Because I feel like they should be doing more, and if we're basing things on feelings... my feelings are just as valid as yours, after all.
