    And you need to understand, Larian is a huge exception to this, I am not saying companies like such don't exist or even they aren't high profile, I am saying that in the number of companies that are like that is very low in their ecosystem.

    Do not misunderstand my words as "They are doing the best possible for profits", I am saying that corporations act like that because they feel this is the best possible for profits, so much of corporatism is vibes-based bullshit led by Liches with misplaced phylacteries, and very often do not reflect reality, much like how they now have a hard line stance against remote work because they feel like it could lead to employees "cheating" them out of wages, with a lot of evidence pointing to the contrary, however, this type of behavior also makes them extremely predictable, with very sparse variants.
