Housingprices should be increased not decreased, with all respect but what are 3mio? thats nothing, farm hades ex unsync a bit or titania sell the special items ezpz 2-3h farm 3mio+

But i agree to the alt suggestion, since you cant have a house on your alt if its the same server then your main it would be nice if both chars are on the same server that they share the house.

Because Housing should still be something special, something unique, not something everyone can have with the least amount of effort but thats just my opinion about it.

I totally disagree. Housing is one of the coolest pieces of content for creative people so the barrier of entry should be low. Maybe the grinds attached to it should be more expensive? Stuff like furniture and other house features. I think the entry fee should be low to encourage participation with the content. We need more things to do for more people, not less.
