The WoW studio only works on WoW. The Destiny studio only works on Destiny. Overwatch team only works on Overwatch. Sure within each company there is some crossover depending on labor demand but you're being naive if you don't think Yoshi P and SE are intentionally stretching CBU3 thin to maximize what they can squeeze out of the team to maximize profits.

And no, they cannot fix it because they don't have the manpower. The senior team is all working on other games. They left a skeleton crew in charge of FF14.
