A Discussion that helps this game?

"General discussion" doesn't say anywhere that every discussion should help the game. If you haven't noticed the devs don't care about anyone's ideas, everytime you guys come up with an idea you get the copy/pasted answer of: we ran it by the devs and they said its a great idea! keep them coming. Whipeeeeeeee. You know what's the best idea right now? they should redraw the entire maps, every single one, and change them from zone to zone, that alone would make the game a million times better.

Dude that requires at least a couple clicks and key presses, can you please focus your ideas that relate to ctrl+C and ctrl+V its much more economic.

Grand reason why people are all anti-Tanaka, has to do with Tanaka's inability to really listen to his player base. It's not that alot of us didn't share his vision of the game (I personally loved some of the concepts), but he's been notorious for either taking player suggestions the wrong way, ignoring issues a very loud and vocal community brings up, or basically saying "Sorry that's not how I want to develop the game so NO!".

People might have been more sympathetic if Tanaka didn't have a history of doing this in FFXI, but a grand majority of us half expected a semi functioning game by the release date based off his experiences developing FFXI, so he doesn't have an excuse for his failure.

I would put the blame on Wada for releasing it to early not tanaka, I felt like he was rushed.
