I've tried touchtyping, I functionally cannot do it. I look at the keyboard as I type, for example. Looking at the hotbars as I click is really my only option. If there's macros i can click instead, maybe one that like "Target tank + cast cure" which can shave off a small amount of time.

was that just an example, because you never want to cast cure.


i don't know what your physical problems are that handicap you from playing , but people have always overcome all sort of challenges.

As said before try playing with a controller, it requires al lot less buttons than a keyboard.
