I agree that it is better to be versitile but what about the people who hate healing with a passion, what about the people that hate ARC with a passion, what about the people who hate nuking with a passion, not everyone likes playing everything and once the community sees a way to do something they will mimic it to get wins, then keep mimicing it because thats how they know the fight, and before long the people who hate leveling the in demand classes get forgotten about. But what the hell, I am in a party on DRG and I'm working out how to do the fight on DRG, if it takes me 1 month for a win I dont care because I am enjoying myself (quick arrest me now, you can't enjoy yourself on FFXIV)
