Match cancel after player leaves before start (ranked CC)

Can we implement something akin to a match cancellation? Figure out the abuse logistics but its totally unfair to have someone spite you to lose rank because they didnt like you from a previous match.

Are you asking for a feature that just opened another can of worms?
Why don't you just report the player instead?

I'm asking for a feature that is clearly needed. If you lose a teammate in CC ranked its pretty much a guarantee that you can no longer win without any kind of backfill. I did report the player. I do not think that really helps hence my suggestion.
