I merely alluded that X is a place where you can find all kinds of opinions, from things you don't want to see and read about to things that are very curated and safe, depending on who you follow. I wouldn't equate lack of moderation with fascist doctrine personally, quite the opposite. Oppression tends to be associated with censorship and moderation whereas freedom does come with exposure.
