What's wrong with Bluesky, exactly?

Below we have a transcription of what Naoki Yoshi-P Yoshida said at PAX:
- "For some players, like me, I kind of get sleepy because it's so repetitive."

You are already engaging in trying to control a narrative and showing your Bias. This by default makes you untrustworthy. I merely alluded that X is a place where you can find all kinds of opinions, from things you don't want to see and read about to things that are very curated and safe, depending on who you follow. I wouldn't equate lack of moderation with fascist doctrine personally, quite the opposite. Oppression tends to be associated with censorship and moderation whereas freedom does come with exposure.
It is eye opening people don't feel this way when it used to be common sense.

X is not a free speech platform. Musk bans whoever makes him mad.You are already engaging in trying to control a narrative and showing your Bias. This by default makes you untrustworthy. All platforms have bias, and while X is not free of it, it does have a different approach than the other ones available in the US. Hence, it is important in its own right, to provide balance.
As for the value of having an XIV official account there, I don't know that bluesky makes commercial sense.
If I ran a business I would probably focus on the most massive platforms with the greatest number of users.
This is not a company's priority, it's to make money. And marketing works best when you can reach the biggest possible audience.

People are asking if SE can make an additional bluesky account. People who primarily use Bluesky just want an alternative way to follow FFXIV on social media. In your own words, this way they can reach the biggest possible audience. It does not take much more effort to run another social media account along with the current dozen they already have. All platforms have bias, and while X is not free of it, it does have a different approach than the other ones available in the US. No, a company priority is to make long term money and being vigilant to not destroy the market because of greed, the exact thing that is happening today in the gaming industry because many companies though they could abuse their consumers and get away with it all in the name of MAKING MONEYS.
As a rule people who can only think short term are by definition idiot and as such shouldn't be trusted, emulated or listened to.

TikTok has changed its algorithm to suppress the left in just the past few days.
Facebook policy was updated so that you can call gay people mentally ill but calling people mentally ill in general is not allowed, in effect allowing targeted harassment only towards a specific minority group.
What balance is there? These companies do not care about free speech, whether in 2016 or in 2024. They boost whoever has the most cultural and political power, and suppress people who don't. Their content policies sway in the zeitgeist like a dandelion.
In 2016-2022 the left was ascendant and has the most cultural power. So they banned anyone who even dared question very ordinary things like whether school closures are worth it against a pandemic. Now that the right is ascendant they all collectively switched their tunes.
Saying that X is there to "provide balance" is laughable. Throughout its history all Twitter has done is to boost the most powerful voices. Twitter/X is in effect a chameleon. Right now, Bluesky is the platform providing balance.
