The amount of positivity surrounding this one thing when the trackrecord of Dawntrail so far is insane. People don’t have high hopes, they are desperate for literally anything at this point

They could clone Bozja 1 to 1 and paint it blue and it would still be the high watermark of DT content

To be fair, Shadowbringers patch content was mediocre and received similair backlash as Dawntrail in its current state. It was not until later in the expansion where people changed their tune a bit. 5.1-5.35 was similairly dry so I expect DT to go through the same thing within 7.1 to 7.35.
