Thread: Is the Exploration zone in 7.2?

Three zones over the course of the expansion would be the dream.

I ask this, because right now its the only feature I'm looking forward to in the near future. Would be a shame if it got shifted to be released in 7.3 patches instead (Hope not!)

lets face it, it's going to release 7.2X and either be half assed or purely gathering and crafting, and die out real fast

It'll come. Then there'll be massive complaints and some how everyone'll be surprised when its lackluster like everything this expansion has been. The amount of positivity surrounding this one thing when the trackrecord of Dawntrail so far is insane. Has there been something we've seen to make everyone think its worthy of the high hopes it has?

To be fair, Shadowbringers patch content was mediocre and received similair backlash as Dawntrail in its current state. It was not until later in the expansion where people changed their tune a bit. 5.1-5.35 was similairly dry so I expect DT to go through the same thing within 7.1 to 7.35.

The game has a million and one things to genuinely complain about why make shit up to get mad about? Exploratory content is combat content.

Both are coming. They have mentioned Cosmic Exploration for the DoH and DoL side and Shades' Triangle for the field content.

I imagine the actual separate zone i.e. the Bozjan Southern Front of DT would come out at 7.35, just like its predecessor: 1 full cycle of major patch since the solo duty introduction.

It depends how they do it but they released it in 4.25 for Stormblood. Either way, they will do something at that patch.
