So your saying playing a game on easy mode as opposed to very hard makes you a better player, ok epic logic failure.

People who are good at videogames can adapt to anything, they can melee a fight that has alot of AoEs, think Kirin from FFXI, when that was released it was a hard fight, then the kiting stratagy was adopted, now melee were still invited to that even if it was meditate TP, WS, drop pt, run safe and repeat thats a stratagy for a hard fight and it involves everyone, not people saying "sry BRD/BLM ONRY!!!"

No I really don't understand that because we, as a linkshell, don't force anything upon our members that they don't want to do lol. If you linkshell wants to be sheep then let them be sheep.

And also just because a single linkshell beat it in 7 hours does not make the content easy in anyway. Let's see how long it takes the majority of the community to down her + speed kill.

Its the same stratagy whether its BLM or BRD RANGED ATTACK ONRY, unless your tanking, get one melee DD not designed for tanking in there and I would not say its class stacking, BG comes up with the same easy mode strats every patch, I have NEVER heard of you guys actually meleeing bosses, if there is a source that says other wise I will gladly take that comment back.

Two things; I see a dd war in there along with the tank so there is your non-ranged dder and how is it easy mode if people are still failing repeatedly (Dead bodies popping outa the fight ever few min.....)

Also wars are tankey there is a big difference between a war in tank gear and a war in dps gear it just so happens that better dps makes squishier characters tankier...

Then your elitist members just don't seem to understand what the word enjoyment means, I enjoy meleeing tough mobs, if I join a linkshell and they don't let me melee I will leave them because I am not enjoying, which I point back to your members comments about me "crying because I cannot play DRG" well yeah perhaps I am but that is because the standard stratagy people use (normally the first stratagy to be posted online) doesn't normally allow me to enjoy the game, you see what I am saying there? The only time it has was for ifrit before the job adjustments because that allowed me to play a job I enjoy and I do not want to go back to the old DH days of logging on for 4hrs seeing people go to the dungeon getting reps and being locked out of the content because the right stratagy doesn't involve my job.

I will tell you what happend when I was going to help a pickup (yes help I didn't want anything) they said to me "do you have THM" I say no, they reply "sorry we NEED BLMs" (I don't think that was a BG problem) so in other words people would prefer someone who had never done the fight on BLM over someone who has done it over 100 times on DRG.

So according to these people I am basicly not worthy to play the game because I don't enjoy the Flavor of the month DD.

All I'm saying is post a melee win (dont even need a stratagy if you want me to work one out), a few screencaps taken through the fight to show what stratagy it was will suffice, all I have seen as a stratagy (with the exception of 1.19 ifrit) is ranged attack, BLM/BRD only you always say content can be done with a melee setup but never post it, so people stick with the ranged setup, you have said everything I have mentioned can be melee'd but you have never posted anything so people do not do it they stick with what they know.
