They said they tried multiple class set ups using all classes except for Paladin(obvious because of how useless it is) and they wanted to down it first so it would be obvious that that set up achieved it. I wouldn't doubt you could use other classes for the fight, that is just the set up that got it downed the fastest. Do realize that is basically the best Ls out there, they will eventually be able to down it in any way they like if they choose.

CG, i see some people are upset about class stacking. Lets not forget they did it with one whm which is pretty impressive. Of course im looking at the pic on the front page. maybe they went all monk and then switched for the picture to fool us,lol.

Next primal/raid when you snap the first victory screenshot have one person switch to botanist then take the picture and say nothing, just to fuck with everyone. Or 5 WHM.

/stetch good ol' 6 hour nap and we're back to work! We actually started with 2WHM 2WAR 2BLM 1MNK 1DRG and found that the second WHM was completely unnecessary as long as we played well enough (knew what to dodge, knew when to use abilities to avoid animation lock, knew the flow of the fight and what garuda was goingto do next - yes it's hihgly scripted and knew when to hit buttons to stay alive). This is a DPS race at it's core - so the extra DPS slot really helps in the long run.
