    How do you manage to call a GM? Whenever I try I get directed to the stupid website where I never get a response (Still have not got a response from them from an issue of mine over 2 months ago, GG!)

    I am having a roll back issue as well. This is really frustrating and they as usual have such horrible customer service

    just keep trying til you get a response, sometimes the person who responds will actualy talk to you

    you can practicaly use any of them, and if they auto respond you, reply over and over til you get a person, thats what i always do if its important enough

    First let me say that we're very sorry that you're running into issues with items disappearing. I know how frustrating that can be, and I'm glad to say we are aware of the issue and have posted a news article about how to go about getting your items back. Please take a look at the below and follow those instructions.

    I had it last night before crash, cuz i was repairing it for storage...now it's completely gone.
    Maybe it's about time you "Invented" the... M a i l b o x ?

    I mean jesus...even "WoW" ..after so many years on its shoulders have a mailbox,
    and after 2 years of nagging for a freakin mailbox in FFXIV...

    That 2.0 mailbox... or "Moogle" delivery-system better have a "Lost & Found" feature.
