How do you manage to call a GM? Whenever I try I get directed to the stupid website where I never get a response (Still have not got a response from them from an issue of mine over 2 months ago, GG!)
I am having a roll back issue as well. This is really frustrating and they as usual have such horrible customer service![]()

My XIVPad: 
do I use the part that says "my character is stuck" or whatever in the help desk?
? Anyway PSO had a pretty bad internal item/inventory management, item loss would occur so often, same with inventory wipe, items turning into monomate etc.
