    This suggestion is well intended but allows users to discover the alts of other players.

    Effectively, no blacklisting system that blocks a user's alts or blocks a user for one's alts can overcome this. If people accept this outcome, that's fine.

    The current system already makes alt detection very easy. A two-way system makes it possible but it takes significantly more effort.
