7.1 character model fixes didn't apply to Viera

I made a slight mistake. What I read was not in the patch notes but a projection of fixes they intended to implement. But they did say that they planned to fix this issue in 7.1. It's still disappointing

Funnily enough, male miqote have the opposite problem and were also unchanged. Thanks to the graphics update, we now have a permanent smile even though the idle expressions were perfectly neutral before the update, I had no idea the issue was even acknowledged because it STILL hasn't been fixed. It's frustrating to know that it's not even just one, but multiple races that are being ignored even though this is a huge default expression change.
