i had a PSU that was weaker maybe it was 500w? but the lights on my pc would twitch, so in total it wasnt enough power then i got 750w, since my RTX 3060 is slightly better, maybe its best to get a 800w PSU?

I do not think, that it is the PSU. Does the Windows event viewer show something interesting after the crash?
Cheers
750w should be more than enough. Like I said I was running with a 650w and had the same videocard. All that said, I could be wrong. I'm not a professional computer technician and this is all guesswork but considering you've reinstalled windows, the game, and the drivers all fresh, I just can't fathom it being anything other than a component issue.
i still need help, i upgraded my power to 1000w now, but the game still crashes as soon as i change the FPS from 30 to 60FPS.
i just dont get why FF14 cant handle my RTX 3060 with 60FPS and at 1920 x 1080 resolution, if i just lower 1 of them to the near lowest then the game works.
Is it still DirectX error crash? Can you post a picture of the exact error name/code?i still need help, i upgraded my power to 1000w now, but the game still crashes as soon as i change the FPS from 30 to 60FPS.

yes its still directx error 11000002.
looking in event viewer i get these error Metadata staging failed, result=0x80070490 for container '{564E4238-4832-4447-5633-5CB9010C3444}', DeviceSetupManager id 131.' after i crash, so is this causing the crash?

The description for Event ID 153 from source nvlddmkm cannot be found. Either the component that raises this event is not installed on your local computer or the installation is corrupted. You can install or repair the component on the local computer.
If the event originated on another computer, the display information had to be saved with the event.
The following information was included with the event:
\Device\Video3
Restarting TDR occurred on GPUID:100
The message resource is present but the message was not found in the message table
i get this error too, but my GPU is new and the driver is updated many times.
I knew someone with a similar issue and it turned out their new GPU was just borked so they returned it and were given a replacement.

This guy seemed to figure it out, something to do with his ram.
i gave up and going back to my RTX 3050 that sometimes crash with directx 11000002 error, maybe this is more fixable?
is it normal to have 75% GPU usage while playing with max graphics at windows 1920 x 1080 resolution?
if my screen is set to 2560 x 1440 then it adds another 24% to the GPU total and it can hit 99-100%.

My 3060 has 60% usage on that resolution with 60 fps, so it stands to reason that a 3050 would need additional usage to achieve the same result.
