you might be on to something there, first i set FPS to 30 then i went back to my highest windows resolution being 1920 x 1080, the game was fine until i put it back to FPS 60 cap, the game instantly crashes.

if i just use 1 screen it gives me the error but maybe its still not getting enough power from my 750W PSU.

this might also explain why my PC gets black screen if i use 2 screens, regardless of which screen im using, if i use both at the same time and 1920 x 1080 and FPS 60, causes the GPU to need so much power until it gives up then forces my pc to self reboot.
Yeah if I were to guess it's very likely to be a power supply issue (or it's a faulty videocard... but since you said it had trouble on the last videocard too, it makes it less likely). I recall that when I ran into similar problems, it was with a brand new power supply (I admittedly went for one of the cheaper ones.) Thankfully, out of all components, a new power supply tends to be one of the cheaper solutions, and even if it doesn't turn out to be the faulty component it doesn't hurt to have a spare around. If you didn't have an 80 plus bronze certified power supply already, I'd recommend that (or better). Here's hoping the new PSU will fix the issues because otherwise I'd be stumped.
