Why does it need to be affordable for casual players?

To be honest, it's a character customization option in a game that is already severely lacking in character customization options. It's the exact same issue with putting a good amount of hairstyles etc., behind the Mogstation.

This usually wouldn't be an issue for games but SE does not know how to implement long-form content, and the game design doesn't lend itself to long form. Historically large scale content has not lent itself to being long-form either, and it's as much of a concern with Chaotic as it is with BA or DRS, albeit magnified.

Let's be real, in a few months by the time 7.2 creeps around, this content will be on life support with Discord, like it is for BA/DRN/DRS
