What they should have done is made 2 tiers. Hard and savage. (Hard is still the same as it is now, and savage is ultimate-tier.)

That and some tweaks to damage enemies to to players and enemy health pools as far as I know. Still no where close to 2x the work.
And if the guy I originally was responding to is saying that would be good for savage, then no, it'd literally do nothing.
Criterion and criterion savage were pretty much the same content with the numbers cranked up and a few extra flags enabled for savage but it did also come with variant, which will have been a lot of extra work but allowed casuals to get some value out of the content.
What? This is backwards.
Yes, they should have 2 tiers. Hard should've been Chaotic, and then normal being the more easily accessible/entry point into Chaotic.
