Why do casual players seem entitled to cosmetic items added in game?

Let's be real, the casual crowd would have been pissing themselves over hair being locked behind savage-tier content even if they got 2 new dungeons and a relic to farm.

But... there presumably will be a relic to farm and new dungeons coming up. That won't effect how anyone feels over the hairstyle being locked behind chaotic... I don't think there even is a point your statement was shooting for.
