Suggestion: Increase ilvl of "Friendship Circlet"

This is a super niche issue, but as an altoholic who has unlocked receiving the Friendship Circlet on new characters, I always run into the little roadbump where I have to go to the vendor, equip a hat, complete the "gear up" quest, and then unequip the hat and stick it in my inventory so it doesn't override my EXP hat. It would be nice if it had an item level of at least 5 so I could skip this process (even better would be if it had scaled stats up to its maximum level of 25, but that's a "shoot for the moon" scenario. this would be especially nice because I often use "equip recommended" to upgrade my gear but I have to deliberately exclude hats and cowls).

It's a very good idea for the Friendship Circlet, as the pre-order item Garlond Goggles, Moogle Cap and (Collectors edition) Helm of Light are actually ilvl11 and get to skip being forced to buy a Leather Eyepatch or Hempen Hat from big hat industries

While one could argue that these three other headpieces have stats, the racial starter gear also used to be ilvl1 until it was raised to ilvl5 (despite being statless) for presumably this purpose
