Agree, one of the very few QoL things I wish they'd tweak. When you're running for your life and need sprint on, it can be awkward to tell if it's queued to activate, or not queued to activate, so you hit it again and mistakenly turn it off instead of on...
Yep, you need to weave it in between skills, like spamming recuperate and purify, or other mitigation selfheal skills that come off cooldown, if you get cc or lag happens, you can't tell if its active or not or if it will still activate. The idea that it displays as a different color or icon is good I think.
The idea that sprint is always usable in any situation, has no cooldown, no resource consumption - is not good on the other hand. But what can you do when TP is gone and MP only serves to selfheal you, while most other resource management is almost nonexistent now. It is nice for frontline I guess, so they have to keep it in CC too.
