Adding my support.

Bare minimum:
We deserve access to hairstyles we paid for.
We deserve the promised unique hairstyles promised for lack of hats OR start letting us wear hats.
We deserve access to the hats that are a part of sets we paid for.
We deserve access to hats that were bonus items from purchased physical items (Matoya's Hat).
We deserve access to in-game holiday reward hats.
We deserve access to Artifact Armor hats.

I'm not even asking for all hats to work, those above are the ones we absolutely need access to.
RDM/BLM have massive job identity tied to their hats. That's part of the history of the job. I want to wear those hats.

It's not about clipping so stop saying it's about clipping, if you cared about clipping at all, we wouldn't be rife with it already.
5 years later and your pleading for patience will get you no soap.

You cannot in good conscience, pat yourselves on the back for maintaining brand identity with this game when you willingly continue to not address that a fair number of your player base is getting charged the same for less content.

If you cannot give us the content we have paid for and actively pay for, we deserve a discount on our monthly subs and off all purchases on the mogstation that include hats we can't wear. I bought some of these sets before these races were introduced, you had no small print saying I wouldn't be able to wear them then. Refunds or make them work in-game, have some g*ddamn respect for the people funding your company.

Thank you for your detail in this post and your support! We should at minimum have access to old gear and shop items. Clipping is still pretty bad in the game currently according to many Mi'qote and Au'ra posts I see. So I do not think that is valid anymore.

While many are upset about hats and the like that Viera and Hrothgar cannot wear, we should take a look at the latest disadvantages of these two races. The new Level 1 Glamour Dresser system. Only those who own a complete Glamour set can register it as 1 set and thus convert it into 1 slot in the Dresser. This means that Viera and Hrothgar are forced to buy/collect/craft headgear that they cannot wear just to get more slots in the Glamour Dresser. Think about that. Haha, the stupidest change ever.

I had to pay MORE money to unlock retainers that had some of these head pieces so that I can merge them into the new glam storage system so I could increase the glam dresser capacity.

Not pictured, but I will give credit where it is due. Viera and Hrothgar can wear the new Society Quest Hat. Well done, CBU3 and whoever went out of their way to make this happen. Thank you, sincerely.

However with every hat we do receive it seems we miss out on several others that follow. Almost as if to distract us or soften the blow. If it turns out Viera and Hrothgar can wear the hats displayed I will happily admit being wrong about this one. This picture comes from the special site once again.

These seem to be the rewards for the new Chaotic Alliance raid. Honestly I would like to know ahead of time if we can wear these so I don't suffer the despair of earning a headpiece and not seeing it when I equip it. The raid I imagine is going to be a challenge to grind. Not being able to wear all of the gear again is depressing.

Once again, in fairness we sort of got the idea of this ahead of time during live letter, but it is being added soon so just getting it out of the way now. Please feel free to add to discussion.

As for the new armor you showed off part of me doubts that our ears will be shown, whether they clip through or they give them armor but we'll see when they drop

Believe me, I was shocked as well. The hat isn't necessarily my cup of tea but it'll be cute to wear on a DOL/DOH set I suppose.

I'd be alright if it clips if it's wearable, concerning the CAR gear. I know clipping is a big issue for some if not many, but it's okay with me as long as it doesn't look too distracting like the tails through capes can be.

Admittedly the few hats I do like in this game I cannot wear...I'd say 70% of them aren't for me, but I know there are many that want to at least try them on like everyone else can.
