With its utilities? Make it 8% across the board. It won’t affect much, but they have A LOT of tools not only personally, but also for the raid in that shield and the heal they have on their Raid Buff Attack.

Okay 8% vs 7% was the difference of 1% worth pointing out, hell go 10% I’m fine with that (@lyth read this). It’s actual “utility” is nothing particularly special amongst the DPS that have utility
