It saddens me that the eyebrow animations are also affected by other Moon Miqo'te faces.
Mine is Face 4, Eyebrows 5, and while it looks normal in idle, it is a nightmare to tolerate in cutscenes. My character is not meant to be depicted as an angry person but she looks consistently irritated. (As I lovingly call it, we got the Emet Selch brows treatment.)

Alterations have been added in 7.11 for this face, and the change implemented is to make the lips smaller while keeping everything else the same.

Seems like classic Resting Miqo'te Face to me.
