Garuda Weapon costs?

I think they will lower it each patch, finally settling in at 10 like the other two. This is going to be the standard for new content, I think. 40 at launch, 20 next patch, 10 at the end.

Hopefully this won't be the standard at all in 2.0. It's a horrendous system.

I find it funny honestly. They say that Garuda is going to be harder than Ifrit, yet instead of requiring 10, or even 20 items to trade to rowena, its 40... If the fight truly is harder, i must say i'll probably never try Garuda (hard). I camped Ifrit for 2 months, and I am not doing that again....regardless of spoils. 40 headresses? gtfo se

Vortex headdresses are not automatically placed in player inventories, but rather will first appear in the loot list of the player receiving it. Though the items are untradeable, because they first appear in the loot list, players who have no need of them can opt to pass them on to other players.

Yeah and if it's like the charms and totems are now, it's about as equally likely you'll get a weapon to a headdress.

What part of that quote says headdresses are 100%? All it means is they work the same as Kupo nut charms and Inferno totems.

even with 100% drop thats still like 280 wins potentially to go 7/7

Which is exactly the same as Ifrit and Moogle, but their weapons are only 10.
