Make casual matches shorter

I actually would like that matches don't go overtime every time.

E.g. if you manage to get past a checkpoint, and the enemy team didn't yet - you instant win.

if anything possible extend the max time instead... this is a good playground to really learn your job as well for PvP reasons.
