    I even saw people quit WoD and EW raids.
    Even if they quit the rest just continues as usual with other players filling in and even half the raid can easily clear the rest.
    No one as far as I have seen is really bothered by quitters.

    This is just week 1 experience.
    Day 1 nier raids I also saw lots of death and I was cursing in blm language.

    In Dynamis, as soon as you pull the statue they spawn all the additional mobs. So if they wanted a slightly more authentic Dynamis experience it should have been just a couple statues milling about, and if you pull them a bunch ton of gobbies spawn (who then summon their own pets.)

    And yeah there should have been way more statues. What, one statue, how the hell am I gonna farm Apoc off one freaking statue?!

    Also I get the fight is plenty hectic but the Ark Angels really should summon their pets too. Let the XIV players feel the wrath of getting 1shot by a freaking rabbit doing Foot Kick.

    people drop out if it's anything but CT. Also the fact it's long term content is the point. Long term, the difficulty will drastically reduce as we get better gear and people get more familiar with it. It's week one.

    Let people leave if they want. the option exists for a reason

    Thanks again to the longer patch cycles most people probably have 1 if not 2 jobs at full tomestone gear. Or full sets of crafted
    The only upgrades we can get in the 7.1 patches are the upgrade tokens sans weapons each run. There is no "getting better gear" besides 10 ilvl upgrade each week (and weapons are not until 7.1.8)

    There are all the non savage gamers, who will have access to 730 gear, and all the gear coming in future patches. Not everyone bothers with crafted gear either. Future gear is a long way off tho yes.
    Experience will be the biggest factor. Even in Aglaia I saw people dying left and right the first few weeks, and that raid turned out to become even easier and more boring than even current ARR raids

    We spend pitifully too little time in Sky than we should. It's such a gorgeous area I was hoping we'd be in it for a couple more minutes. It also seemed like a good location to split up the alliances into 3 parts but I don't think they like to do that anymore.

    the new raid isnt even part of the roulette yet. and it gets easier solely through experience. 24 people who suddenly die 5 timed less after 2-3 runs make a huge difference

    Well, I'll be a derpy derp. You're right, it's not in the roulette.

    For some reason I swore they added Alliances to the roulette on day 1. My apologies for jumping on it being more difficult in a roulette. Won't have to worry about it until 7.2 I guess.

    honestly, my personal onion is just that i have 0 attachment or knowledge of 11 so the story and scenery does nothing in particular for me, its just fine tbh

    i don't look forward to doing my weekly runs tho, like others have said its like theyre trying to add difficulty by making 5 things go off with visual clutter on top. glad ppl are enjoying it, genuinely, but Damn i wish i could tell whats going on. and im sure i will over time, thats just the nature of learning and getting used to new things. doesnt mean i find it very enjoyable tho

    This is the most fun I've had with an alliance raid since Stormblood. I think the final boss's sword telegraphs are too hard to read, but other than that its basically perfect.
