At least in the forums you can express that, in reddit due to karma your comment is vanquished lol.
I suggested it as part of my horizontal light progression, but an interesting issue I feel with healers and the system in general is the better geared you are the more boring and irrelevant the content can be for skilled players, especially in a group. Try a dungeon at max ilvl vs min, fairly evident difference.
So the thought was the casual gear had better survivability (even perhaps cool down based vulnerability stack resistance) and the savage gear had WORSE survivability, perhaps worse to specifically avoidable damage (raid wide and auto attack can be similar) and better damage. In addition the gear, and perhaps through a gentle ELO system, would cause the boss ai to /slightly/ bias those players for mechanics.
In this way players can almost select a difficulty slider within the content itself, adding an additional layer of player expression and choice. The relevance to you being that it would be a little bit more bite sized for you, and yet more aggressive for others.
As you get better you kill faster and remain, for longer, a challenging experience. When you are new you have a high chance to make progress, just not at meta speed.
When you need help the most you have it, when you need challenge the most you have it. (Sort of).
Also because it would slow down healers being kind of pointless, due to horizontal light meaning more stat variety (and special effects) but less stat growth. As gear gets better heals become stronger and the incoming damage also reduces meaning healers heals become less needed, one of a few healer issues. Also please keep epic echo for solo-ability.
