7.1 - More Wuk Lamat

Ultimate raid won't be here yet tomorrow right? It comes later(in an 7.15 or something)

Personally I don't login for the MSQ, will prog EX, unreal and the alliance raid (in that order) will prob also dabble into Chaotic Cloud of Darkness but could also wait for more organised Discords for that one, seems to be a mess to get 24 decent people in PF.

I'll do the MSQ later and prob just mash my esc button during the cutscenes, I actually want to give the MSQ a fair change now after several months of not having Wuk Lamat in my sight but as I said I think I hit esc as soon as I see them.
They could even be the very first NPC to talk to even, to start the first 7.1 quest too! The horror!


There's a WoW direct too in 2 days and if they have good info on what's next for Classic (except SoD, since I don't play that version) I might just cancel my sub and wait for 8.0 to play again.

It’s kinda insane how much value and options you get for a monthly subscription for wow. You can play classic, sod or retail wow. The chance you find something you enjoy is pretty good

Which is the version of WoW I play next to FFXIV.

I honestly just love the feeling of that suddenly I can die and it be the end, this gives me much more satisfaction whenever I play and makes everything I earn or do feels more impactful.

But yeah lets not forget BFA & SL which was the absolute low point but DF was in the good direction and they really nailed it with TWW now (even though I play more classic HC).

True I forgot HC because I don’t enjoy it but it’s an option. While ff14 has no content options for 4-6 months with the same money per month

People keep acting like this is a new phenomenon. I've been running an alt character through old content (post-Heavensward right now). You know what it is? Cutscene, cutscene, cutscene, cutscene, talk to three townspeople, cutscene, kill one mob, cutscene, cutscene, walk, walk, walk, talk, talk, talk, cutscene, talk to three townpeople, find a guy for cutscene, cutscene. This has ALWAYS been the story, for ten years now.

Only that the HW story was far more enjoyable to me at least. I agree, the whole quest design just boils down to those points you mentioned but at least the whole plot holing it all together was enjoyable in my eyes.

She doesn't sound half-asleep at the wheel, which is better for the situation.

Now it sounds as if Wuk hasn't had a drink of water in hours. Still not great.

That does actually sound better, to be fair.

Although I wish they hadn't had that sequence in the first place. I still hate that Queen Eternal clearly said that WE were "the single greatest threat" only for Wuk Lamat to gatecrash the fight to (apparently) demonstrate that Queen Eternal was wrong about who the greatest threat was.
