    I never said it was the problem. I'm just saying they might bring back more settings they removed in 7.0 like bloom/glare and wet surface effects. Why did they remove them?? Sure, they wouldn't fix everything but turning off bloom would be a HUGE help, at least it would get rid of the freaking blinding lights and skill effects.

    This is what I don't understand either! Why would they remove accessibility settings instead of adding more? I don't understand SE's logic here.
