    I don't dislike the outfit but it could use some more Y2K-Tetsuya Nomura vibes.

    And yes, they have no reason or excuse for not making any newer headgear accessible to Viera and Hrothgar. This shouldn't fall on the shoulders of one, overworked modder. ヾ( ･`⌓´･)ﾉﾞ
