How do we develop Better Casual Content?

I think someone said it here earlier, but if they can't be arsed to create more meaningful open world / group content that isn't savage or ultimate.

The least they could do is at least offer more roleplay oriented content, glams, emotes, systems, more housing types / interior types, opening up explorer dungeon to max timers, opening up raids to be explored with max timers and no mobs, polishing things like chocobo races into open world and making more gold saucer minigames. Having minigames in the open world maybe? Instead of the same type of tired "Talk to npc" or "kill 3 mobs" quests.
