Agree. The online store is already there and not many would have complained if the crossover was like past event rewards of game first and store later.

I wouldn’t even be this annoyed if this whole thing wasn’t in the live letter.
With this, the bracelets and the camping set (the most useless thing for me) all being advertised there it leaves a bitter taste of where the priorities lie.
They can’t be bothered to show the new pvp gear or go into depth with the chaotic raid (can’t even be bothered to have English translation) but have the time for this junk.

Yes a company wants money first but imo if it was something more important than this specific game as a crossover they would be getting far more backlash.
Just imagine it was FF16 that went straight into the online store.

Considering SE's willing to torpedo their main money maker when the games funded by it have, by their own admission, largely flopped, I'm not convinced that they do want to make money.

Sorry, but good games make more money in the long run, since the IP becomes famous enough to sell merchandise and more games.

Also the fact that you all seem to think companies are not meant to provide a good service instead of just being profitable is pretty disheartening , especially since this is precisely where we’re meant to voice our complaints & concerne

Shameless cash grabs (or gachas) come and go, good games stay with you.

Maybe they need to raise the sub prices for everyone given they haven't done that is ages. Just a thought! Look around at prices in the real world and be real about it.

Frankly I wish those two glams are at least something we can get from doing something in-game. Maybe like next pvp series, or achievements, ... or whatever that is.

I'm gonna be serious, they don't even look good. There's a serious lack of luciousness and fullness (or polish. A lack of care, really.) in both of them.

Just look at the comparison between Mont's feather cape and the one in XIV -- maybe lay down the damn ozempic for 2 seconds and make them fuller looking. This is thin and dull for a paid cosmetic.
*Then* I'll consider buying it, but they'll probably be genderlocked for no reason, so it's a no anyway.

It's not to the same level as the korean exclusive dress atleast, but it's not any better.
