She gets pushed out from the bossfight at the beginning because she is not a real threat, then she swoops in, outdamages everyone and curses us with a stultifying buff as if she is the reason we can break our limits. Its eye rolling at best.

Objectively, you are right of course, but in this instance, it just leaves a sour taste in your mouth especially after the already Wuk Lamat glorifying storytelling of the MSQ.

It just feels like something people are only going to discover if they're actively looking for reasons to object to her.

Like it or not, she was the main character of the story, and our character likes her and is the sort of person to get a positive boost from fighting alongside their friends. I don't see anything offensive about it.

There's nothing inspiring about her though and this is the big issue with her as a character the story is written that we bestest friends when she's frankly so unlikeable

That was the problem is she was the main character who had an overbearing amount of screen time. We didn't get a chance to do a single thing in the expansion and from the looks of the new trailer Wuk Lamat is in every single scene and dungeon, it's not changing which is a big problem.

eh, I don't mind Wuk Lamat and I noticed the debuff paired with the awful writing, so - no, people notice that unless they actively try not to read the buffs and debuffs they receive.
