Misses the point of roulettes. You do a roulette to help people clear dungeons they are in direct queue for. In exchange, you get exp. Wanting a high-level dungeon is self-centered and ignores that roulettes are for helping others. That said, an option exists for this if the party is fully pre-made.

No it doesnt miss it. Rouletts miss the point if 4 lv 80-90+ players get into Longstop for the 32142343th time. Just like the "join party in progress" toggle there should be one for "favor high level duties" just so, if not needed you dont get the 44457374357th run of toto rak with all level 60+....

Afraid not, roulettes are by definition gambling, sometimes you win, often you lose. Don't wanna lose? Don't gamble. Wanna have limited leveling roulette? Put up a PF for it, simple as that. I don't queue MSQ roulette because the only duty in the set that I remotely like is Ultima Weapon, but when I get an MSQ roulette duty from my Mentor Roulette I take it as a loss and finish the duty. It sucks but that's gambling.
