Again, Behest was just an instance other people could see. For those participating, the server prioritized the ~14 other participants and the Behest-exclusive mobs. The even lessened the server stress by having some of the mobs spawn as others were defeated.

This is the same guy who went on a multi-page rant in my HNM thread through about how it was horrible watching people kill HNM's in XI.

Just absolutely horrible.
