Chat bubbles "naaah bruuh, not even with a toggle"

Whatever happened with that? I had heard awhile ago that they were going to implement them but there's been no comment about it since unless I had missed something

The fact that these people are against exploration secrets and things you can find in the world tells me everything I need to know. Stop being boring

Exploration in games is something I really enjoy, so I would like it if they were to spruce things up and add more features to it. I had mentioned GW2 in my previous post, but I also like how they handled exploration for the most part.

I think FFXIV could really benefit from using a similar system to GW2's map completion, giving rewards to players based on completing all of a zone's vistas, or attuning to all the aetherytes (similar to GW2's waypoints), doing all of the quests, etc.

It could reward items and achievement points, with titles being given out for certain accomplishments
and experience, of course

As an aside, they should add more to the achievement point shop

They have made some prototypes for it but are still working it out. I'm sure when it's ready we'll see more about it. My guess is 7.1 or 7.2. If it takes longer I'll be surprised at why chat bubbles are so overly complicated.

It's interesting that the colors seem to correspond to what chat it is because from there it looks like say, party, and linkshell

Hopefully it doesn't take too much longer and it's kind of surprising that it's taken as long as it has. When it was announced I had assumed it'd release with Dawntrail
