Not even close. But it's hard to put into words because most of it comes from experience and feeling.

However there is definitely big outlying themes that could be made into guides, like positioning for dummies, what to do as a melee, what to do as a ranged, how to rotate and manage resources, how to burst and who and where, how to respawn and hold... and that's just barely touching on the universal aspects of it. A lot of it also lies directly on knowing what each job is able to do, and how to play around them and/or what to expect from them.

I recognize both are essential, but whenever something allegedly cannot be put into words, I'd suggest the aficionados simply have to try harder.
