    Technically they didn't say it was going to be available in 1.22. All that was mentioned was that a new imperial stronghold would be constructed. Which in fact is what happened.

    Well, if they never planned for us to be able to enter it in 1.22, they should be more specific when releasing info. I know I wasn't the only person who thought we would be able to explore it.
